Sales Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchange is allowed provided the item(s) in question are defective out of the box and not used, misused, or damaged in any way. Please, see our FAQ webpage for further inquiry.
Sales Tax will be added to purchases made in Maryland.
Return Policy
Only exchanges are available in case item(s) are defective out of the box. The customer has a 15 day period after purchase to claim their desire to perform an exchange. Please, email our exchange dept. WITH the following information to initiate the exchange process:
- Your name, address and phone number
- The sales receipt number
- Explanation of the problem/defect
RETURNS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION AND DO NOT FOLLOW OUR POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Please, DO NOT send the item(s) back without prior notice and acknowledgement from our exchange department. If item(s) show up without our acknowledgement, the customer assumes all responsibility and obligations for the return shipment back to their original address. If customer fails to provide the funds for the item to be sent back it will be discarded accordingly.
Failure to comply with the policies/disclaimer on this webpage or any other page in this website or product manual may jeopardize the client's ability to successfully perform an exchange.
